Team Skills Map: Setup
Set up the competency framework for your organization
Before your team can be mapped, we need the yardstick everyone gets measured against. This takes about ten minutes and covers two things: your competencies, and how you would like the mapping rolled out.
Once you submit, we will send you two links: one for leaders to map their own teams, and one for each employee to self assess. Both use the framework you build here.
Step 1 of 4
About you
Please fill in all four fields with a valid email before continuing.
Step 2 of 4
Your competencies
List the competencies you want mapped across your organization. Keep names short, they will appear as rating rows for every leader and employee.
Rating scale
Every competency is rated on the same five point scale below. Edit the labels if your organization uses different language.

Add at least three competencies before continuing.
Step 3 of 4
How you want this rolled out
This organization moves top down. List each level in order, starting with the C-suite. We will send you a leader link and an employee link for each level in that order, and you open them one at a time.
Add at least one level, starting with the top of the organization.

Anything else?
Your framework is ready
Review it below. Copy the links to start your rollout, beginning with your first level.

Your links
Each link already carries your competency framework. Send the leader link to the person leading each level, and the self assessment link to every person at that level. The link is the same for every level, the level name is chosen inside the form.
